Holtz Marketing Introduces "Dollars for Charity" Program
Fairfax, VA - The Holtz Marketing Group is pleased to announce a new marketing program to help
remanufacturers increase their cartridge buy-back business. The "Dollars for Charity" program encourages toner cartridge users to sell
their empties to a remanufacturer, who in turn donates $1 to charity per cartridge purchased. Holtz Marketing has
made arrangements for three worthy charities to participate in the program: Childhelp USA, the SIDS Foundation and San
Mar Children's Home.
"Collecting empties is a great way to get new customers," explained Mr. Holtz,
president of Holtz Marketing. "Collecting empties using a charity tie-in is certainly the most effective way to build a
collection program."
Mr. Holtz noted that contributing to a deserving
charity not only helps the cause, it reflects well
on the donor. "We all know how important a good company image is. And from a strictly business
standpoint, the remanufacturer gains a plentiful supply of cartridges that can
be used for raw materials or sold to the many companies
that seek empties. The best part, though, is that this program gets
the remanufacturer's foot in the door for selling other products and services. A strong buy-back program
is the best way I know for creating relationships with prospects."
"Some companies need a little added incentive to get on the recycling bandwagon," Mr.
Holtz said. "Saving money in disposal costs, earning money on empties and helping the
environment certainly make recycling worthwhile. Our new program gives companies one more great reason
to sell their empties — helping a worthwhile charitable organization."
Holtz Marketing has created a self-mailing marketing piece for each charity. These
professionally designed mailers are customized for each participating client and printed in four-color process.
The attached postage-paid business reply card makes it easy for
recipients to respond, providing the remanufacturer
with valuable information about prospective customers
and their printers.
"We're very excited about the "Dollars for Charity" program," commented Mr. Holtz." "It offers
a win-win opportunity for everyone who participates.
