Imaging Division Launches the E.S.A.K. Program
Canoga Park, Calif.—Imaging Division is pleased to announce the E.S.A.K.+ (empty
sub-assembly kits) program. The E.S.A.K.+ is a qualified empty cartridge that has been disassembled,
cleaned, inspected, and requalified to OEM equivalent performance. Replacement components include
new AEG OPC, new Kuroki wiper blade, recoated mag roller, recoated PCR, adhesive or heat-style
toner hopper seal, and replacement of mylars, gears, screws, felts, and cartridges as required.
The E.S.A.K. program is focused on simplifying the manufacturing process by
eliminating disassembly procedures.
The features and benefits of the E.S.A.K.+ program are that it:

The E.S.A.K.+ is delivered in quantities of five and is easy to assemble. Each E.S.A.K.+
comes with a set of assembly instructions. The E.S.A.K.+ has taken up to 60% of the dirty work out
of remanufacturing. "The E.S.A.K+ was an idea given to us by one of our customers. Realizing
its importance, we quickly evaluated the opportunity, the cost savings and efficiency of the

E.S.A.K.+ is available with or without empty cartridge exchange and offers free empty
cartridge pickup and delivery for orders of more than 150 pounds.
