International Technology Products Acquires Torin Deutschland GmbH
Reading, England — As part of a European expansion, International Technology Products is pleased to announce the
acquisition of Torin Deutschland, reaffirming the company's position as Europe's largest empties dealer. The new company will be
named International Technology Products GmbH.
Torin has established itself as Germany's leading empty cartridge collector and is known for quality. The company's
profile conforms well with ITP's existing business. The acquisition will allow ITP to enhance the pan-European service that it
currently offers. Customers and suppliers of both companies should continue to deal with their existing account contacts.
Richard Thompson joins ITP as general manager of the German operation, bringing a wealth of experience from his
senior management position with BMW. Kamal Zarbaksh, owner and founder of Torin Deutschland, will remain with ITP. In addition,
ITP has completed its relocation to a new 25,000 square foot facility. Its new address is Unit 1, Stadium Way, Tilehurst,
Reading, Berkshire RG30 6BX England.
