PC Service Source Announces Spare Parts Outsourcing Agreement with En Pointe Technologies, Inc.
Dallas, TX — PC ServiceSource, the largest independent supplier of service logistics to the
PC industry, announced the signing of a spare parts outsourcing agreement with En Pointe
Technologies, Inc. a leading national provider of information technology products and value-added services.
PC ServiceSource will serve as the primary source for all of En Pointe's external
multi-vendor service parts requirements, the majority of which will require next-day delivery and be shipped from
PC ServiceSource's inventory.
En Pointe utilizes proprietary software and systems to drop ship products to its customers
through an electronically linked network of the largest allied distributors in the U.S. This software allows
En Pointe to serve as an electronic clearinghouse of computers and computer-related products
without many of the risks and costs associated with maintaining inventory.
