Static Control Components Introduces New Lexmark<SUP>®</SUP> Packaging System
Sanford, N.C. — Static Control Components Imaging Division has introduced a customized label and box
system for remanufactured Lexmark
® cartridges, giving the cartridge remanufacturer a professional, uniform packaging
system while saving inventory dollars and storage space. With the new Lexmark packaging system, remanufacturers only have
to stock one box and insert combination for every variation of the 4019, 4039 and 4049 cartridges in both page
yield versions. SCC's three-piece identity labeling system allows customization of the cartridge and cartridge box for each
of the six possible configurations in the Lexmark series.
Each cartridge and large box label features a wireline drawing of the supported printer, a listing of the
compatible cartridge part number and printer application information.
Box and cartridge labels for the 4019 cartridge are available for the high yield and high yield + extended
yield versions. Box and cartridge labels for the 4039 cartridge are available for the standard yield and marathon extended
yield versions. Box and cartridge labels for the 4049 cartridge are available for the standard yield and marathon extended
yield versions. Small box labels are also available for each cartridge series for additional identification.
