MTC's International Marketing Department Expands
Kansas City, MO — MTC announces the promotion of Dawn Randall and the hiring of Kimberly Setser as
international marketing executives.
Dawn Randall joined MTC as an assistant to the International Department's sales manager. Dawn excelled in her
duties and responsibilities and her extensive experience in the field of customer service allowed her to learn quickly and put all
her experience to work at MTC. In just one short year at MTC, Dawn earned an opportunity to further her career and
advance within the company's infrastructure. The dedication and hard work she put forth in day-to-day activities created a new
p osition to allow for further growth.
Dawn will continue to service her customers in the same efficient manner she has over the past year. In addition, she will
be marketing products to prospective clients all over the world. Her overwhelming desire to service the customer and her
inexhaustible persistence in solving problems has resulted in a bevy of long-term business relationships.
Kimberly Setser recently relocated to the Kansas City area from Colorado. She received her degree in business
management from Metro State College in Denver.
Kimberly comes to MTC with many years' experience in the field of service and sales. Her knowledge of customer
service has made her a valuable asset in MTC's team of professionals. Kim's unquenchable appetite customer service has earned her
the distinction of total customer retention.
Kimberly will be marketing MTC's products on a wholesale level to resellers worldwide. Kimberly has spent the last
few weeks in MTC's exceedingly demanding and rigorous training program concentrating heavily on product and industry knowledge.
