TonerPlus Welcomes New Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Austin, Texas— TonerPlus, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jack Barton to its management team. Jack will be serving as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His new position was effective August 10, 1998. He is responsible for all wholesale, retail and marketing department functions. His efforts will include national as well as international market development.

Jack graduated from the University of Texas in 1968 and has a long record of success with sales and marketing in the health care arena. His experience and record of achievement totals 30 years. He has accumulated varied experiences from outside sales, sales and marketing management to general management in the medical sales field. Jack's previous position was with a large national medical corporation, McKesson General Medical Corporation, where he spent 15 years in sales and marketing.

Mr. Barton currently resides in Dallas, Texas, and will be contributing to numerous integral functions. He will work closely with TonerPlus President Tom G'ebel in the development of strategic relationships within the industry. He will also be responsible for the enhancement of promotions relating to new product offerings as well as competitive pricing initiatives. Jack's focus will center on aggressive plans to increase growth and diversification of product lines while maintaining consistent quality care of customers. Jack will be attending the World Expo '98 and looks forward with enthusiasm to the show and becoming fully involved in the promotion of many of TonerPlus new "First To Market" products to be unveiled at World Expo
