Black is Back at the AQC Group

Pompano Beach, Fla. — The AQC Group is pleased to offers customers high-quality toners blended through the company's new "Black is Back" process. This process employs a highly engineered processing plant with newly installed toner lines to provide the best products available to the aftermarket community.

The raw materials used in the manufacturing of the Black is Back toner is the same but a new neoteric blending procedure results in superior print quality with higher density readings and smaller delta readings across the entire page.

The new blending process allows the toner to be used in a more efficient manner, thereby creating higher yields while maintaining sheet brightness. In addition, the toner formulas have better post-addition balance, which allows more consistent toner fixing to a variety of substrates, including envelopes, gum labels and specially coated stock. There is no evidence of excessive print "banking," as the print surface is smooth.

Toner particles produced through this method have enhanced flow characteristics, especially in high humidity and temperature environments. In low humidity and temperature environments, the electrostatic charge is exceptionally stable.

All AQC toner formulas have been benchmarked against the OEM, and in many cases exhibit a higher quality image. The brushstroke, or appearance, of printed characters is noticeably better than many current OEM formulas.

High-Yield Canon Fax Toner

In addition, AQC is pleased to fully release its specially formulated toner for use in the Canon fax series. This toner is for use in FX-1, FX-2 and FX-3 fax cartridges.

The toner was formulated two years ago by AQC at the request of one of the largest U.S. remanufacturers. In exchange, AQC signed an exclusive sale agreement with the remanufacturer for two years. With that agreement now expired, this high-quality formula is available to the entire market as a standard, stock item.
