Earth Corp. Introduces "Ready" Line of Hoppers and Cartridge Kits
Northridge, Calif. — Earth Corp., an industry leader in empty cartridge distribution and in-house PCR and
drum coating, is pleased to introduce its "Ready" line of hoppers and cartridge kits.
Ready Hoppers™ consist of an inspected and qualified hopper filled with premium toner, eliminating steps
in cartridge remanufacturing. They are sealed with either a foam gasket ribbon seal or adhesive insert seal. The EX,
WX, SX, NX and HP 4000 Ready Hoppers™ include a clipped mag housing. Toner for post-testing is included to
assure consistent cartridge quality. Ready Hoppers™ build in half the time of conventional cartridge production, allowing
a 50% increase in productivity without additional labor, equipment or space.
Earth Corp's Ready Cartridge Kits™ are made with virgin hopper units and contain a new wiper blade, virgin
mag roller and a coated or qualified PCR. They are available with a new, OEM recoated or OEM uncoated drum or no
drum at all. In addition, Ready Cartridge Kits™ may be ordered empty or with premium laser or MICR toner. They can
be assembled in less than five minutes and increase production by 80%. As with the Ready Hoppers™, test toner is
included.
