IJR, Inc. Expands Manufacturing Facility

Phoenix, AZ — IJR, Inc. has recently expanded its production capabilities with the addition of a 12,000-square-foot manufacturing facility adjacent to the company's current corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ

IJR, Inc. relocated its corporate headquarters and all sales and production operations from Santa Ana, CA, to Phoenix in March 1996. At that time, IJR purchased a building which it hoped would allow for future business expansion. With business growth at rates higher than expected, it became necessary to seek additional space to accommodate new business.

In announcing this expansion, IJR President Bob Allen noted, "The continuing growth of our business in all business units has simply pushed us to the limits when it comes to space. This business expansion has included both the addition of new product lines for our ink jet remanufacturing operations, plus the addition of new contracts with OEM customers for whom IJR produces ink jet-related products and services."

Vice President Chuck Bentley said IJR has also increased in production staffing by 10% to 15%. "Having two separate but very close buildings allows us to maximize our space and our staffing to meet the growing and changing needs of both our recycling and OEM customers," he said.

Although the expansion will help to meet current needs, IJR is working with local developers on the purchase of additional warehouse space for housing raw materials near the company's Phoenix headquarters.

IJR, Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer of products and services for the ink jet market. Its products and services include full-service remanufacturing for more than 100 ink jet styles, a complete line of ink jet inks, compatible ink jet cartridges and refill supplies and equipment.
