TonerPlus Announces the Addition of Four New Plastic Parts
Austin, Texas — June marked the introduction of four new plastic parts to the TonerPlus "Premiere Plastics" line of products. The additions bring the total number of products manufactured
by TonerPlus to over 75 parts and seals. Several more plastic parts are in the final stages of research and development and are due for release in the months leading up to the World Expo'99. Officials
at TonerPlus also confirm that a number of distributors in the industry will carry these new parts.
The four new parts include the HP8100 Left and Right Clips, the "New Style" WX Clip with spring, the Right End Cap for the HP4000 and the Left End Cap for the HP4000. These parts
are made of injection molded plastic and will be sold in quantity bags of 10 parts per bag.
Tom Goebel, president of TonerPlus, said, "These additions to our plastic part line demonstrate our continued commitment to be a First-to-Market leader and an industry source for
component plastic parts," Mr. Goebel added that TonerPlus' focus on these particular plastic parts is a result of customer feedback and his company's desire to add to its growing HP 4000 component part line.
Other TonerPlus components for the HP 4000 include: hopper with mag housing, Posi-Lock fill plug, long and short pins, drum axle spacer, drum shutter arm, long clip, doctor blade
shim, doctor blade end piece and seal
Rick Lanthier, wholesale sales manager, commented that the 8100 Clip will be a problem-solving component for many remanufacturers. He said, "The 8100 Clip will be a fantastic addition
to our product line because it will allow remanufacturers to quickly replace a part that has a real propensity to break. In the past, remanufacturers often needed to cannibalize from expensive and
hard-to-acquire cores. This part will end the necessity to go to such lengths to remanufacture the 8100."
