Norman J. Levy Acquires MediaStreet.com

Deer Park, N.Y. — Media Street, Inc. has consolidating all of its manufacturing, sales and distribution to a new modern facility in Deer Park, N.Y. The move initiates the focused efforts of MediaStreet.com's new owner, Norman J. Levy, to ensure the proper handling of the growth of its specialty, long-lasting ink jet ink and media solutions.

Since its inception in 1998, MediaStreet.com has outsourced the fulfillment of its packaging and shipping of all its orders to other companies throughout the United States. Growing its national and international sales to more that 50 countries, the number of customers doubled every month in 1999.

MediaStreet.com was a wholly owned subsidiary of nation-Wide Plastic Company, a leader in manufacturing, converting and distributing traditional reprographic and commercial printing supplies. Norman J. Levy acquired all outstanding shares of the company on June 1.

MadiaStreet.com's new facility has been constructed to handle sales and customer service both online and off. It also handles production requirements, including coverting, manufacturing, packing and shipping.

"Overseeing each aspect of our growing business under one roof, with the proper integration and collaboration among all departments and personnel will aid in coordinating the most efficient means of satisfying each and every customer — from one down the street to one who interacts solely in cyberspace to one on the other side of the world," Levy said.

"We thank our customers who have been so instrumental in giving us the proper feedback and support and for allowing us to satisfy their consumable needs," he added. "We are pleased by the success of our Generations Inkjet ink and media solution that is solving the 'new-age' problem of digital prints fading or changing colors before its time. With the proliferation of the Internet and of the digital workflow, being able to print digital information on a wide variety of substrates, with light-fast inks are being required and demanded.

"In addition to the explosive digital photography and fine-art reproduction markets, we are poised and well positioned to encourage the digital imaging of website content as keepsake printed hardcopy rather than a mere 'click-through' faded memory."
