Fully Automatic Filling Machine for 51640/51645 Type Cartridges
Franklin, Tenn. — CBR-SME introduces the
FillMaster
TM 800, the first fully automatic filling machine for 51640/51645 type cartridges.
The FillMasterTM 800 has an integrated conveyor, which allows the operator to place up to 15 empty cartridges on the machine at a time. The motorized conveyor advances each cartridge to the filling station. The cartridge is then automatically filled, the metal ball
is automatically inserted and post-vacuum is automatically applied. The cartridge is pushed back onto the conveyor and forwarded to a holding area large enough to hold 25 filled cartridges. The operator is only responsible for keeping the conveyor full with empty
cartridges and ensuring filled cartridges are removed.
The FillMasterTM 800 is available now and will be on display at the World Expo booths 203-206.
