Hopper Warp Problem Solved with StructuralSeal

Sylvan Lake, Mich. — LaserLand new StructuralSeal™ is designed to prevent warpage of the toner hopper. Remanufacturers have difficulty reattaching separated toner hoppers when a warp is generated along the toner hopper wall. This often occurs when rails are placed on the toner cartridge to hold it together. The warping often leads to toner leaks.

There are various solutions to this problem but most most methods are labor-intensive.

The StructuralSeal addresses the problem using an adhesive on both sides of the foam seal. The seal itself acts as the bridge between the toner hopper and waste hopper. The result is a more structurally strong composite.

The StructuralSeal is protected by patent number 5,296,902. Other patents are pending. Free samples are available.
