OTC To Distribute TonerPlus' HP 4000 Mag Housing

Austin, Texas — TonerPlus, Inc. is pleased to announce that Optical Technologies Corp. will be distributing its patented 4000 Mag Housing as an additional component to Optical Technologies' expanded 4000 RiteHopper. "We are very pleased to have a company of the caliber of Optical Technologies Corp. utilizing our mag housing to complement their expanded 4000 RiteHopper," said, Rob Cowman, general manager of TonerPlus, Inc.

"OTC's 4000 RiteHopper has been a valuable addition to our suite of 4000 solutions and it is our hope that our 4000 mag housing will become an integral part of OTC's HP 4000 program. I truly believe that both of our customer bases will benefit from our joint efforts," added Cowman.

TonerPlus' HP 4000 mag housing was introduced along with TonerPlus' patented 4000 hopper at the RECHARGER World Expo in 1998. For many cartridge remanufacturers, the use of the mag housing in conjunction with the hopper eliminates the need for splitting, which can save time and money.

"The development of the TonerPlus 4000 hopper and mag housing was a significant accomplishment for our company and has spawned an entire line of 4000 products over the past two years. Our commitment to being an industry leader in the area of plastic components is further enhanced when we have the ability to work with a company like OTC," Cowman said.

"Toner Plus has an excellent patented design. We are very excited to be working with Toner Plus to provide the option to OTC's customers of complete toner hoppers for those companies that do not split their hoppers. Toner Plus has been at the forefront of innovative component designs. There is an exciting synergy developing between our companies," said Lester Cornelius, President of Optical Technologies Corp.

At World Expo 2000, TonerPlus will be exhibiting an entire line of 4000 solutions to include: hoppers (both TonerPlus and OTC's RiteHopper), hoppers with mag housings, filled and sealed hoppers, end caps, pins, fill caps, axle spacers, mag roller bearings, mag roller gears and foam seals. All of these products are designed to provide an array of solutions to include extended life to 4000 multi-cycle cores.
