Optical Technologies Corporation Welcomes New Staff

Long Island City, NY — Optical Technologies Corporation is pleased to welcome Nadiah Moses as a new sales representative in its imaging division. Moses brings 17 years of sales and customer service experience to OTC and has a degree in business administration.

"Her experience and enthusiastic attitude are a welcome addition to the OTC atmosphere," said Maggy Alexis, OTC sales manager. "We are committed to customer service and Nadiah shares that commitment as well."

"OTC is a very dynamic company," Moses said. "I look forward to building long-term relationships with the clients and assisting them as we all learn more about this vital and ever-evolving business of remanufacturing."

Also added to the OTC sales team is Damian Copeland, who joins Sandra Chavez in OTC's customer service department. With seven years of experience in all phases of customer service, including customer calls, pick ups, invoicing, tracking and queries, Copeland is well-suited to meet the demands of OTC's clientele. "Although Damian is new to the remanufacturing industry, he is extremely capable and very eager to learn all aspects of our business," Chavez said.

As part of its mission to provide consistent quality in its products, OTC is proud to welcome Mark Simko as its new Quality Assurance manager. Simko has been in management for 13 years, six of which were dedicated to quality control.

Simko will augment OTC's production team, which includes Vice President of Production Rob Kacinski and Engineer Tony Zhao. Simko's responsibilities include monitoring OTC's manufacturing processes and overseeing implementation of methods for improvement.

"I encourage innovation and constant improvement in all aspects of our company. It takes personal motivation and commitment to work at OTC. Our people thrive on pride in a job well done. The new additions are up to the challenge and OTC's customers will benefit from their efforts," said OTC's President, Lester Cornelius.
