Sanford, N.C. — The most comprehensive online resource in the industry, the Static Control Online web site at www.scc-inc.com has recently added more than 290 downloadable technical documents for Static Control customers.
More than 400 technical documents are currently available in
Adobe® Acrobat® PDF and HTML formats, including valuable training resources such as remanufacturing instructions, product instructions and technical bulletins. PDF documents can be
either viewed online or downloaded to the user's computer. This affords maximum convenience and flexibility to view files immediately, or save files to print later.
The Static Control Online website also features premium content areas where users can find a wealth of information such as product updates and instructions, Industry Alerts and industry news, laser printer and market reports, and newsletters. Various
technical resources such as cartridge and printer illustrations, remanufacturing instructions, and maintenance manuals are also included in premium content areas. The regularly updated cross-reference listings make it easy to find compatible cartridge types by engine,
printer model, or OEM part number.
Industry Alerts offer timely information from Static's Imaging Laboratories regarding technical problems and remanufacturing challenges found in the lab and out in the field, and recommendations on how to solve or avoid the problems. Industry News
and Market Updates cover new printer releases from major OEMs and supplies information to help remanufacturers keep abreast of changes and trends in the industry.
Premium content areas are a part of an overall information delivery structure surrounding the Online Engine Centers on the Static Control web site. Online Engine Centers are a one-stop information shop for more than 50 printer, fax and copier engines,
