UniNet Sales Managers Complete Certification Training
Los Angeles, Calif. — In an effort to improve customer service and support, UniNet President Nestor Saporiti announced that two sales managers — Julio Quintana and Rogerio Nava — recently completed two certification seminars.
"At UniNet we feel it's extremely important that our entire staff be as well educated and up-to-date on all the latest technical developments, so we're constantly looking for the slightest opportunity to become more knowledgeable," explained Saporiti. "We want to be able to
help our clients with the most current product information — to us that's just good for customer relations."
At the recent ACCR event in San Diego, Julio and Rogerio attended two seminars: one concerning the HP 8000 printer and the other about the HP Laserjet 4000/4050 cartridge. Following the instruction, they passed a comprehensive test with near-perfect scores.
"Our staff is intimately knowledgeable with all cartridge technology and is extremely well versed," concluded Saporiti. "If you have any technical questions don't hesitate to ask. We're strongly committed to providing the best customer service in the industry!"
