and answer Web site, Ask Dr. Recharge (askdrrecharge.com), g'es live this January.
The site enables remanufacturers to ask questions of industry experts. The site
automatically responds with expert advice that has already been posted. If the
displayed information is insufficient, the question will be directed to the
appropriate expert. The answer will then be sent directly to the member who
asks the question and will be simultaneously posted on the site.
"The goal of the Ask Dr. Recharge.com site is to build a database of accurate
answers to questions about the most relevant information, products and services
in an effort to increase knowledge, quality and professionalism throughout the
entire global remanufacturing industry," said Mark Ansier, vice president
