Color Imaging Launches New Digital Copier Toner Division

ATLANTA, Georgia — Color Imaging, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high quality laser printer toners, has launched a new division to manufacture high quality consumables for the most popular digital copier machines. The toners and products for Canon, Ricoh and Toshiba digital copiers, will begin hitting the U.S. market immediately.

"This was a logical next step for Color Imaging based on our history, leadership and experience manufacturing laser printer toners," said Charles Allison, vice president of sales and marketing. "We've been able to leverage our extensive research and development capabilities to produce the highest quality digital products at a much lower cost and in a more efficient and timely manner. Those advantages will yield tangible benefits to our customers."

Allison noted that current market trends within the digital copier industry impacted the timing of the company's decision to expand into the digital copier products market.

"The switch from high-margin analog toners to lower-margin digital toners has adversely affected aftermarket profit margins for distributors." he explained. "Using digital copier consumables from Color Imaging will allow distributors to return to historic analog toner margins."

Color Imaging's new offering of digital copier products includes a full line of high quality drums and other component parts as well as consumable products.

Allison pointed out that Color Imaging has devoted considerable time and resources to developing digital copier consumables that are patent free and ISO 9000 approved.

"We have achieved our goal of product consistency in performance and versatility that matches the 'EMs," adds Allison.
In addition to its full line of digital copier consumables, the company also provides private labeling for dealers, same-day shipping, pre-paid freight and toll-free customer support.
