Automatic Cap Removal Device Available for Color Cartridges
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek introduced two new cap removal devices
recently.
These sturdy devices are engineered using steel and aluminum and
are powered by a pneumatic air cylinder. They are designed for the
operator to place the cartridge cap between two aluminum rails and then turn the
control. The cartridge is then pushed between cutting rollers that
separate the cap from the body of the cartridge. The operation takes just
a few seconds per cartridge.
Currently R-Jet Tek has engineered these only
for the color 25 and 49 HP cartridges and the Lexmark color cartridges.
Some of the major benefits of using these devices are increased employee
productivity, which saves labor costs, and reduces the chance of repetitive
motion fatigue.
R-Jet Tek also has available replacement caps for both
the color and black Lexmark cartridges.
