Depot America Expands Line of Refurbished Parts
FARMINGDALE, N.J. — Depot America, Inc. has enhanced its product line of
refurbished parts to include all major subassemblies — fusers, boards, paper
feed mechanisms and maintenance kits. The expansion of Depot America’s
refurbished products resulted from customer demand.
According to Tom
O’Donnell, logistics manager for Depot America, "There is no distinction between
our advance exchange inventory and our refurbished inventory. We use the
same custom packaging, the same quality standards and the same repair
specifications and processes."
Another similarity between Depot America’s
advance exchange and refurbished inventory is the warranty. "Our warranty policy
for refurbished parts is the same as our advance exchange products," said
O’Donnell.
