Farbax Introduces New Technology Developments

Hungary — Farbax, a leading company in the European remanufacturing market and manufacturer of PrintStar cartridges, introduces its latest development results.
Farbax has developed a new technology for modifying the Lexmark Optra E310 (12A2202)/312/312L) (13T0101 and 13T0301), Xerox P8e/ex/ WorkCentre 385 (113R296) and Samsung ML-5000A toner cartridges (all of which are based on the same Samsung SF-5000 engine) into a universal, interchangeable version.
This high-quality universal cartridge, called PS E310/312, has been remanufactured since July 2001 to great customer satisfaction. In order to use a universal cartridge, the toner hopper section needs to be modified. The patented insert piece and the installation instructions are now available to do this.
A new technology is also available for the reconditioning of the developer roller of the Brother TN-6300 (TN-430)/TN-6600 (TN-460)/TN-7600. The surface of these developer rollers can sometimes be deformed because of improper storage and handling. This deformation causes a bad printout that repeats itself every 39 mm (1.5 inches) on the printed page.
Until now, this damage was only repairable by changing the developer roller. Farbax has developed a way to repair quickly this defect with its own device called the Developer Roller Wringer and is ready to repair the developer rollers of other remanufacturers.
Farbax has repaired several hundred developer rollers since September 2001 and is now offering the Developer Roller Wringer with its technology to other remanufacturers.
Farbax has also developed a solution for problems with the light shutter opener pin in 96A, 27A/X and 61A/X toner cartridges. The light shutter opener pin, which is necessary for the printer to work properly, may break down because of improper storage and handling.
With Farbax’s new development, toner cartridges with this problem can be repaired instead of thrown away. Farbax has also developed a solution for the breakdown of the axle pin of the drum shutter actuator arm of 96A, 27A/X and 61A/X toner cartridges.
The brochure with details about these replacement parts with samples and installation guides is available now.
