R-Jet Tek and Promax Announce New UK Service Center
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — R-Jet Tek, in conjunction
with Promax Imaging Ltd., announced the Promax sales and service facility in
the United Kingdom.
Promax Imaging Ltd. was appointed a distributor of
R-Jet Tek Fluidix line of equipment and supplies in April
2002. During the first phase Chris Brooks, who heads up the operation, worked
with the equipment in order to have the hands-on experience necessary to train
others on the process. The next phase involved Brooks gaining a thorough
understanding of how the equipment was designed and built so he could offer
service and repair and upgrades to the Fluidix equipment.
According to Mike Warner, vice president of R-Jet Tek,
“Chris has an engineering background; he has a highly creative and
inquisitive mind and has research engineer stamina. These qualities have helped
him to develop many enhancements to the equipment and improve the
remanufacturing process.”
The Promax Imaging Ltd. service center is set up to handle
repairs and upgrades to the R-Jet Tek Fluidix line of equipment, regardless of
where or when it was purchased.
“Over the years many customers purchased direct from
R-Jet Tek or through other distributors, or purchased the equipment secondhand
from someone getting out of the business,” Warner said. “With the
service center in the UK the logistics are greatly improved. Almost anyone in
Europe can travel to or ship their equipment to the UK.”
Brooks and members of his staff, as well as Warner and Ricardo
Gomez from R-Jet Tek, will be at Remax in Paris, April 15-17 2003.
