Speedbrite Introduces New Ink Filling Machine
SALISBURY, N.C. — Speedbrite recently introduced its
fourth-generation filler. The filler incorporates the latest techniques of
filling under vacuum, removing air from the print head and filter to produce a
full print.
Vacuum filling with evacuation of old ink allows for optimal
color filling. No pressurizing is needed at the end of the fill, as vacuum
filling provides its own pressure.
The machine includes a clear collection tank that services
both color and black cartridges, and can fill two color or three black at a
time. A centrifuge and vacuum oven are available for cross-color fills.
