Future Graphics LLC and Delacamp AG Announce Global Strategic Alliance
LOS ANGELES — Future Graphics LLC, a leading
distributor of imaging supplies and components based in the United States, and
Delacamp AG, a leading imaging supplies and components distributor based in
Germany, have joined forces to better serve the global cartridge
remanufacturing industry. The alliance is based on the common goal of serving
customers better by globally providing comprehensive product availability,
expanded research and development capabilities, and increased technical support
availability, and by being first to market with new products.
Through their combined efforts, Future Graphics and Delacamp
will substantially increase their investments in core areas of the alliance:
research and development, chip technology, technical support services,
distribution channels and product supply. The alliance does not affect either
company’s pre-existing customer/distributor relationships and each
company’s management structure remains unchanged.
"Our goal is simple," said Robert Goldstein,
president and CEO at Future Graphics. "We want to help customers grow
their businesses and build competitive advantages for the future."
Jurgen Nuppenau, managing director of Delacamp AG, said,
"Future Graphics and Delacamp will work together to ensure seamless
integration of technical support, research and development, product
availability, and bringing products to market quickly while providing
high-quality solutions. The mission of our strategic alliance is to address
global cartridge remanufacturing needs and provide industry-leading solutions
in a timely manner."
