Parts Now! Announces March Training Opportunities

MADISON, Wis. — Parts Now!, an international distributor of computer printer parts, announced it will offer two weeks of printer-repair training classes mid-March. These classes, which cover all aspects of laser printer repair for several models of HP printers, will be held at the Parts Now! training facility in Madison, March 15-19, and March 22-26, 2004.

Included in these classes are sections on printer features, laser theory, paper path, menus and specialty modes, and teardown and reassembly. Each class concludes with an end-of-class exam.

Printers covered in these classes include the HP LaserJet 2100/2200/2300 series, 4000/4050/4100 series, 4200/4300 series, 5Si/8000/8100/8150 series and 9000 series. Parts Now! will also lead a class covering the HP Color LaserJet 1500/2500 series, 4500/4550 series and 4600/5500 series.

The classes will give students the ability to solve 95 percent of the problems they will encounter in the field, and free Parts Now! technical support will be available to answer the other 5 percent.
