Cartridges Are Us Welcomes Jeremy Fitzpatrick as Quality-Control Director

ITHACA, Mich. — Cartridges Are Us recently announced that Jeremy Fitzpatrick has joined the staff as quality-control director. He will be leading the quality-control department and expanding its operations and responsibilities.

"Jeremy is the exact type of person we want heading up our world-class quality-control department," said general manager Dominic Iocco. "With his extensive engineering background and his problem-solving abilities we are confident he will help take our quality to the next level. By focusing on process and not just inspection we will continue to lead the industry in quality remanufactured inkjet cartridges," he said.

Fitzpatrick is a graduate of Michigan Technological University. Prior to accepting this position he spent two years researching and working on inkjet technology and recycling processes.

"I am excited about the opportunity to help lead Cartridges Are Us’ pursuit of the highest quality possible," said Fitzpatrick. "Working with a company that has always focused on quality and is regarded as one of the best in the industry is truly an exciting challenge. While our defect rate is already one of the lowest in the industry we will continue to improve our processes to ensure our cartridges meet and exceed OEM specifications in every aspect," he said.

Cartridges Are Us is a leader in remanufactured inkjet production that currently remanufactures 100,000 inkjet cartridges per month with extremely low defect rates.
