Hartford Toner & Cartridge Inc. Gains Two New Staff Members
EAST WINDSOR, Conn. – Hartford Toner & Cartridge Inc. announced the addition of account executive Donna Deske and technician Bill Kozik.
Previously a local account executive for J&L Industrial Supplies, Deske will be responsible for coordinating Hartford Toner’s sales campaigns and handling customer service requests. Deske is a Dale Carnegie Training graduate and a resident of Enfield, Conn.
Formerly a jet engine mechanic at Pratt & Whitney World Group, Kozik will now be responsible for repairing computer printers, fax machines and copiers for Hartford Toner customers as well as troubleshooting toner and color cartridge problems. He is a girls’ field hockey coach at South Windsor High School.
"This is all part of our company’s growth plan for 2004," said Hartford Toner President John Collins. "The replacement cartridge business has boomed nationally during the past year and we’re making moves to keep up with the demand. Having Donna and Bill on our company team is a real honor and will add to our expert customer service reputation."
