Speedbrite USA Releases New HP/Lexmark Cartridge Filler
SALISBURY, N.C. – Speedbrite USA recently released a specially designed filling unit to refill HP 27/28 and 56/57/58/59 and Lexmark 16/28 and 83/84 cartridges. The unit will evacuate and fill in the same configuration under its own power. No compressor is necessary and the unit is 110v/220v ready.
Remanufacturers can fill two black and one color cartridge in the same vacuum cycle. Each cycle lasts two minutes as air is removed from the foam to allow ink to flow into its previously wetted area. It is possible to fill the 27/56 black cartridges from the print head or through the top vents.
The unit features a special clip that aids in filling and eliminates tape, which often causes cross contamination between colors.
