Arista Announces Acquisition of Laser Logic
CONCORD, Calif. – Arista Business Imaging Solutions, formerly known as California Cartridge Co., has acquired Laser Logic of San Jose, Calif., and now offers retail distribution of compatible toner and laser printer repair services to more than 8,000 customers.
Since the company’s founding in 1988, it has acquired 15 companies, with Laser Logic being the largest acquisition to date. "It’s kind of like playing pingpong," said CEO Ken Eysel of Arista’s acquisitions over the years. "You have to keep your eye on the ball at all times."
Arista remanufactures more than 98 percent of its Arista-brand toner cartridges as well as inkjet cartridges at its Concord headquarters. Arista’s strategy is to continue to grow by identifying other strategic acquisition candidates while continuing to manufacture quality products, stay on the forefront of laser printer technology, and offer the best fulfillment of its products and services to each of its customers.
