CBR Opens New Inkjet Training Center
BASEL, Switzerland – CBR Engineering AG has installed and opened a new training center for all kinds of inkjet processes. This new training center allows practical as well as theoretical training for all CBR customers to train their staffs or optimize processes, especially for new applications and cartridges.
Equipped with the latest of CBR’s leading equipment, the training center offers a complete setup for all necessary cleaning operations, filling applications for all common cartridge types (with or without vacuum), an immense cartridge testing desk and desk for auxiliary operations such as drilling/opening, sealing and more.
The CBR Training Center allows practical training on manually operated processing machines, as well as operations on automated ShopFront machinery. Adjacent to the center is a large conference room for discussion.

CBR’s test desk is equipped with a complete set of SmartPrinters and the SmartLab 100 for additional electronic analysis. In addition, the testing desk is equipped with cartridge converters (the SmartWriter), precision scales and cases with a digital microscope.
