CBR Releases Modular Startup Line for Filling
BASEL, Switzerland – After the successful launch of the new ShopFill 120, CBR Engineering has developed an additional universal filling unit.
The new universal filling unit is available in different configurations but comes in the new CBR steel housing with stainless steel cover. The modular structure of the new machine allows a wide range of configurations and options, either for ShopFront filling or small or large production filling. In its basic configuration, the universal unit is able to fill all kinds of cartridges. With its free selectable options, the configuration can be upgraded to a multiple black filling unit or to a universal ShopFront unit with selectable inks. Additional vacuum stations or chambers are available upon request.
The new universal stainless steel vacuum chamber can be equipped with up to three cartridge-specific hand slides or with the universal four-line shop configuration. The optional vacuum station with adjustable vacuum strength allows cartridge emptying as well as fine balancing of the cartridges. An optional ink selector for ShopFront applications allows up to three inks per color line, easy operation with automatic panel, timer-controlled filling and more.
