CF-Technologies Introduces In-House Toner Filling Machine
DEINZE, Belgium – CF-Technologies debuted its in-house toner filling machine at World Expo, held in Las Vegas Sept. 29-Oct. 1.
Advantages to using the in-house toner filling machine includes no cleaning time when you change the toner, easy fitting and lifting of toner bags, a programmable weight control system, adjustable height and more.
This new concept in filling means there is no need for cleaning every time you change the toner because the toner is not in contact with moving pump parts. You can change from one toner to another or from one color to another without any risk of toner contamination.
Each type of toner is kept in its own container or bag and can be refilled directly in the hoppers or bottles, which means less overstock.
The machine is fitted with a programmable weight control system, in which various weights can be programmed and then recalled at the time of use. The machine is height adjustable in order to fit and lift the toner bags easily.
