National Parts Depot Offers LJ-4300 Metal Fuser Film Sleeves
CHESTER, N.Y. National Parts Depot (NPD) announced the availability of LJ-4300 fuser film sleeves.
The sleeve, which uses a metal alloy base material, is the first of many that use a more stable and robust metal-base material. Critical to fuser film quality issues is the stability of the base materials. The ability to control these factors is the difference between a quality product and poor performance.
The metal alloy base is proprietary in its construction and requires a costly development process. Using a material that does not fall within the tolerances required will provide premature failure. Careful field-testing has proven this products performance to match or exceed OEM standards. Surface preparation is also a critical factor in ensuring long-term performance.
NPD provides all of the current HP model sleeves with coatings that match the OEM. NPD currently provides samples for field testing to selected customers of the LJ-4600.
