CBR Launches Hewlitt-Packard Cartridge Converter
BASEL, Switzerland – CBR Engineering AG’s successful launch of the SmartPrinter 818 earlier this year was
followed by the debut of the SmartPrintWriter 818 at
Recharger Magazine’s World Expo 2004 in Las Vegas, Sept. 29-Oct. 1.
The new SmartPrintWriter 818 is nearly identical to the SmartPrinter 818, but it has the option of a converting module. This revolutionary option allows for the conversion of HP 27/28 cartridges to the higher-volume 56/57.
With the SmartPrintWriter 818, it is also possible to convert an HP 28 or 57 cartridge to either a 58 or 59 when the foams and top plate of the cartridge are changed as well.
In the conversion mode, the user is free to choose the cartridge type. The SmartPrintWriter 818 offers identical testing features found on the SmartPrinter 818.
