OMD Promotes Scott Patterson to Vice President of Education
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – OMD Corp. has promoted Scott Patterson to vice president of education. Patterson is responsible for overseeing a support staff of 20 for the implementation and conversion of new accounts and the training, education and support of all customers.
Patterson joined OMD in August 1998 as an application support specialist. In 2001, he was promoted to call center supervisor and then promoted to director of education in 2002. Patterson holds a bachelor’s degree in education and, during his employment with OMD, earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information management.
Patterson’s goal for the coming year is to increase customer satisfaction through a variety of different programs along with developing a web-based training program to increase customer awareness of the features and functions of OMD software.
"Scott has shown excellent leadership and management skills along with his commitment to customer service. He is a great addition to the executive management team at OMD," said President and CEO Donna McAnany.
