R-Jet Tek Launches Its Academy Training Program
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. R-Jet Tek, a leader in inkjet remanufacturing technology, successfully conducted its first session of R-Jet Tek Academy just prior to World Expo in Las Vegas. R-Jet Tek Academy is the companys hands-on training program.
Conducted by R-Jet Tek sales managers Clayton Sparks and Ricardo Gomez from Sept. 27-28, the inaugural workshop hosted participants from as far away as the Dominican Republic and Guatemala. The first day of the Academy was a series of lectures on the inkjet industry, remanufacturing, market trends, industry equipment and supplies and strategies for retailing. The second day involved hands-on training with R-Jet Tek machines.
"This was the inaugural R-Jet Tek Academy, and we wanted to make sure that everything went well and that people got their moneys worth," Sparks said. "We did an end-of-course evaluation and asked every attendee if the class met their expectations and if they would recommend the class to others. We had 100 percent customer satisfaction."
The next session of R-Jet Tek Academy is scheduled for Dec. 8-9 at the companys Colorado Springs headquarters. Special Spanish-only courses will be scheduled.
