R-Jet Tek Releases New Line of Production Machines
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – R-Jet Tek, a pioneer in inkjet technology, launched a line of production machines at World Expo 2004 in Las Vegas. The new systems, showcased Sept. 29-Oct. 1, complete a product line for all production volume levels from small to large remanufacturing operations.
The new line includes the EcoJet, SelectJet and ValuJet systems. The ValuJet offers precision filling by utilizing volumetric dispensing. The SelectJet supplies 16 types of ink by simply turning a knob. The EcoJet is R-Jet Tek’s entry-level system that provides startup companies with a reliable, quality-built solution at attractive prices.
R-Jet Tek also introduced the VO66 oven and VB120 vacuum boiler. Both units were developed to address critical remanufacturing process steps in the drying and cleaning of color cartridge sponges. The VB vacuum impregnation system cleans the foam and nozzles after centrifuging. The VO66 vacuum oven uses a cryogenic process to dry the foam, preparing it for filling.
