Sensient Releases Volcano Series Pigmented Inks
ESCONDIDO, Calif. – Sensient Imaging Technologies Inc. exhibited its range of Volcano pigmented inks at Recharger Magazine’s World Expo in Las Vegas from Sept. 29-Oct. 1.
The Volcano pigmented black inks are for replacement use in Hewlett-Packard cartridges and consist of three series. The Volcán ink series features specific qualities such as quick dry time, process flexibility in manufacturing and resistance to inter-color bleed.
The Lavajet ink series are the real workhorses of Sensient’s pigmented ink product lines. Lavajet series inks have been proven in the field for all-purpose and great print-quality performance.
The Tephra ink series has been formulated using the latest pigment technology. Tephra inks are remarkably stable while possessing excellent print quality.
"More than a decade of inkjet ink formulation and customer experience has taught us that each remanufacturer has unique requirements that can only be addressed through a variety of formulations," said Rob Baydo, product development manager.
"We have always been willing to adjust formulations to meet customers’ specific requirements," added David Rice, director of sales. "Now we offer a range of replacement black pigmented inks for Hewlett-Packard cartridges that address the various applications, channels to market and manufacturing processes found in inkjet cartridge remanufacturing."
