FAES USA Promotes Mark Hinson to Technical Services Engineer
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – FAES USA, producer and distributor of the CBR-SME brand of inkjet remanufacturing equipment, has announced the promotion of Mark Hinson to technical services engineer.
Hinson joined FAES USA as IT administrator in 2000 after working with the company for several years as a consultant. He has earned both the Certified Systems Administrator and the Certified Professional certificates from Microsoft.
In this new position, Hinson will resolve technical customer service issues and, as a Spanish and English speaker, he will contribute to the linguistic diversity of the company’s customer service.
