Faroudja Toner Hires Monica Gold to Lead Purchasing Department
LOS ANGELES – Faroudja Toner announced the hiring of Monica Gold to head its purchasing department.
"Monica is incredibly experienced in purchasing and is very enthusiastic about Faroudja Toner. We are glad she is joining us, and she will do a terrific job," said Phil Faroudja, company president.
Gold, originally from Los Angeles, worked for three years as a purchasing assistant for Mattel Corp. Prior, she worked in purchasing for Lockheed Martin. Gold is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn.
"I am really excited to be joining Faroudja," Gold said. "The company has been growing consistently and a lot is happening, and I also think it will be a fun environment to work in."
"We interviewed many candidates for this job, but Monica’s background combined with her tough negotiating skills and ability to get along with people made her a natural candidate," Faroudja said.
