Muratec Expands Dealer Network and Sales Team

PLANO, Texas – Muratec America Inc., a manufacturer of multifunction office equipment and business productivity solutions, has added 12 dealerships to its nationwide distribution channel. The new recruits join a roster of more than 450 authorized dealerships throughout North America.

"These new dealerships allow Muratec to greatly expand our market coverage," said Jim D’Emidio, vice president of sales and marketing. "We are excited that these dealerships see Muratec products as playing a vital role in their overall growth strategies."

The dealerships that have incorporated Muratec products and solutions into their lineup include Alpha Office Technologies (Leesburg, Fla.); Astro Business Technology (Livermore, Calif.); Baker Office Solutions (Florence, S.C.); Caltronics Business Systems (Sacramento, Calif.); Copy Pro (Orem, Utah); Copy Systems (Des Moines, Iowa); Kotagraphics (Rapid City, S.D.); Premier Copier (Centennial, Colo.); Prime Office Technology (Ft. Gratiot, Mich.); Professional Business Systems (Rogers, Ark.); Tonertype (Tampa, Fla.); and Wood Business Products (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.).

Muratec also announced the addition of John Browning to the sales team. As the new area sales manager for Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina, Browning will be responsible for dealer recruitment and sales training efforts. Browning’s familiarity with Muratec products and remarkable industry knowledge will provide dealerships with a valuable resource.
