Summit Promotes Anthony Oliveto to Technical Support Specialist

BOHEMIA, N.Y. – Summit Technologies announced the promotion of Anthony Oliveto to technical support specialist. He will work with Mike Josiah in the New York corporate headquarters, answering customers’ questions, maintaining quality control, assisting in the research of new cartridges and components, and facilitating communications between the sales staff, the technical support department and the customers.

Oliveto has extensive experience in cartridge production and customer service, and a background in printer repair and maintenance. Prior to his time at Summit, he worked with a national computer reseller.

"We created this role as a means to add value by expanding our already-extensive offering beyond being just another supplier," said Mike Josiah, vice president of technical services. "Customers will be able to work closely with Anthony to help them develop new product lines as well as (Oliveto) making site visits regularly to customers requesting hands-on training. In addition, he’ll be handling technical support through Web site inquiries.
