Summit Technologies Releases New HP Toners
BOHEMIA, N.Y. Summit Technologies LLC announced the release of a new toner formulation. Now available is a dedicated toner for HP 1160/1320 cartridges and HP 2400 series cartridges.
Following testing in Summits New York and Las Vegas laboratories, the toner has been formulated to emulate the OEM yield and density. Additional releases of drums, blades and rollers will follow shortly to provide a complete solution. Resettable replacement chips are in the final stages of testing.
As with all new HP cartridges, these use a chip to monitor toner-low functions. The 1160 uses the Q5949A cartridge only; the 1320 can use either the Q5949A or the Q5949X cartridge.
Summit Laser Products and Graphic Technologies were both established in 1985 and together represent 38 years of industry experience.
