Image Star Launches New Web Site
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Image Star has launched its new
Web site at www.imagestar.com.
Customers now have the ability to place orders, access their
specific pricing, check live availability, print invoices, track shipments and
much more.
“We are excited to offer online ordering capability,” said
Image Star Vice President Jeff Johnson. “It is ordering made simple. Our speed
order function allows users to check pricing, availability, and order items all
in one screen.”
Image Star carries more than 3,000 OEM and compatible
products in stock. In the shopping cart screen, the Web site features a
value-priced option section. This shows the user if there are any alternative
products available for those in their shopping cart. It also indicates the
savings potential if they purchase the alternative.
“This is a unique and useful tool. We want our customers to
know that we offer a wide variety of products, including over 900 compatible
supplies,” Johnson said. “Now our customers can make informed purchasing
decisions because they have all their options laid out in front of them.”
Product details, account activity, and order history are
also available online.
“The Web site is designed to conveniently provide all the
information our customers need. The goal was to create an online powerhouse of
information and present it in a clear, user-friendly format, we have
accomplished that,” said Johnson.
