Parts Now! Earns ISO Certification
MADISON, Wis. — Parts Now! has successfully earned ISO
9001:2000 certification.
BSI Management Systems recently certified that the Parts
Now! operations in Madison and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., meet the quality standards
set by ISO, the source of the ISO 9000 family of quality management standards
for business, government and society.
“Achieving this distinction is confirmation of our
commitment to sustaining the highest levels of quality and customer service
across the company,” said President and CEO of Parts Now! Jay Spaanem.
The company uses the ISO certification process to help
increase customers’ satisfaction and quicken speed to market.
“We are among the very few companies in the laser printer
parts industry to achieve this certification,” said Kevin Guy, vice president
of sales and marketing.
