OMD Corporation Names New Regional Sales Manager
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — OMD Corporation announced the
promotion of Paula Wilbers to Southeast regional sales manager.
Wilbers brings with her a considerable amount of knowledge
and experience in the office equipment and software industries. She will be
responsible for the management of existing customers and growth of new accounts
in her territory and will report directly to Jim Anderson, director of sales
and marketing.
Wilbers began as a hotline support representative in 1980
with Modern Business Systems. When OMD Corporation became an independent
company in 1984, she decided to continue as a support representative.
In 1989 she joined the technical department as support
specialist and received a promotion in 1997 to senior technical support
specialist. During her time with the technical department, Wilbers worked
closely with OMD customers to install OMD software release upgrades and
troubleshoot printer, client, file rebuilds and various third-party packages.
Wilbers also taught Webinars and the system administration class at the OMD
Corporate office.
