Media Sciences Adds Ian Copsey to International Sales Team
OAKLAND, N.J. — Media Sciences International Inc., a leading independent manufacturer of color toner cartridges and solid ink sticks for business color printers, recently announced the expansion of its international sales team with the appointment of Ian Copsey as director of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) sales.
Copsey has 16 years of experience in selling imaging products to various markets through both direct and partner channels. Most recently he worked with Static Control Components Europe Ltd., an imaging components manufacturer and distributor, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing group covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. In his career, Copsey has been responsible for a revenue budget in excess of $100 million and has managed a team as large as 25 sales and marketing personnel. At Media Sciences Copsey will be responsible for increasing revenues through the expansion of the EMEA sales team and by building new partnerships in the European, Middle Eastern and African markets.
Prior to his role at Static Control Components, Copsey was vice president of business development at Katun Corporation, where he focused on managing existing partner companies outside of Katun’s mainstream business.
