Oasis Imaging Offers High-Definition Toner for Hewlett-Packard

NASHUA, N.H. — Oasis Imaging Products announced the availability of a new line of high-definition toners for a number of HP engines. This new line of high-definition toners utilizes a new hybrid toner that requires less pile height on the printed page to achieve darker-than-OEM print quality. The black image definition ratings of the new high-definition toner include BID ratings .05 to .10 higher than the OEM throughout the life of the cartridge.

This technology not only provides a darker image for characters, but will allow the re-use of mag sleeves and primary charge rollers that may have been unacceptable before. The high- definition toner will mask many of the small deficiencies that normally would cause the image output to fail on final inspection. This will help with reducing your costs for production when you do not have to replace as many components.

The high-definition toner was originally developed for the HP 8100 and HP 4100 engine, and is available at Oasis for both engines. In addition Oasis has brought high-definition toner to the HP 2100 and 4000, and Canon WX/5Si, AX and VX engines.
